Overview
Bressi Ranch in the city of Carlsbad, California, is reminiscent of late 19th century small towns where residential, commercial, civic and recreational uses were clustered around a village green. Bressi Ranch Village Center was designed to complement the community and along with the village green, serves as the focus of the Bressi Ranch Community Master Plan.
Bressi Ranch Village Center was designed to be pedestrian friendly with wide sidewalks that connect the buildings to a series of courtyards and the surrounding neighborhood. The 117,500 square foot shopping center is anchored by Stater Bros. and Trader Joe’s. A Boys and Girls Club also occupies part of the site.
