Overview
Designed as an entry piece to the city of Escondido, Gateway Center incorporates various design elements from its neighbors. A major public art piece was relocated onto the site to make way for access into the Center. Towers with colorful inset tiles and grille work coordinate with Escondido’s nearby Transit Center.
The 104,000 square foot Center offers a variety of in-line shops, restaurants and major tenants. Not only is the center a place to shop and dine, but also a place to work. Anchoring the east parcel of the site is a 28,500 square foot, Class “A” office building. Amenities include slate flooring, stainless steel railings and high-end lighting fixtures.
Gateway Center has become a destination stop for many locals and visitors alike.
