Overview
K-Tube is a high-tech manufacturer of small-gauge stainless steel tubing. This new facility on 3.7 acres was planned to accommodate future growth, totaling 60,000 SF on the ground floor and a 14,000 SF mezzanine lagoon. As such, the building was designed with two interim tenant spaces, each with a distinctive entrance.
The stainless steel tubing manufactured by K-Tube inspired the design theme for the entry canopies. Function areas in the facility include a production floor, laser welding, administrative offices and quality control lab. Loading functions and hazardous materials storage are provided at the rear service area.
