Overview
This construction project consists of the demolition of two existing masonry structures and the construction of a new 113,525 SF 5-story class ‘A’ office building over a below grade parking structure.
The client initially asked Mascari Warner Architects to expand an existing building. A review determined it would be more practical to build a new building allowing a substantial increase in site usage and modernization.
