Overview

Mascari Warner Architects created a development plan for the 60-acre Creekside Corporate Center. In addition to a feasibility study and conceptual design of 1.5 million square feet, including 240,000 square feet of Class “A” corporate office buildings, we also assisted the client in obtaining the necessary land use entitlements for the three-building campus from the City of Murrieta.

The Creekside Corporate Center has freeway access and visibility from both I-15 and I-125. Uses include retail, office, industrial, medical and hospitality. The development increased property value over $1 billion and created over 6,000 on-site jobs. The Creekside Corporate Center will be Murrieta’s first true Class “A,” large floor plate corporate office campus. Designed to LEED standards, Creekside Corporate Center will be one of the first LEED certified office buildings in Southwest Riverside County.
